Meet the IT Team

Charlie Reisinger – Chief Information Officer

Charlie has led Penn Manor technology services since 1999. He received a B.A. in Psychology from Millersville University, and an M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology from Philadelphia University. Charlie speaks and writes about open source principles, digital privacy and security, and how the future of artificial intelligence challenges schools to rethink teaching and learning. His book, The Open Schoolhouse, chronicles Penn Manor’s internationally recognized and award-winning laptop learning program and unique student apprenticeship program.
