Charlie Reisinger – Chief Information Officer
Charlie is a veteran leader in school technology with over 25 years of experience. As CIO at Penn Manor, he provides strategic leadership and governance for both instructional and operational technology services. His book, The Open Schoolhouse, chronicles Penn Manor’s internationally recognized laptop learning program and unique student IT apprenticeship program. Charlie is a frequent speaker on AI, cybersecurity, and school technology leadership. As an adjunct at Millersville University, he teaches courses in Cybersecurity as well as IT Security, Privacy, and Ethics.
