Due to a forthcoming departure from my IT team, I’m in search of a full-time, technology support hero. The position’s primary duties include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software and desk-side tech support for teachers, staff and students in a complex, multi-platform, mixed-vendor academic setting. Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical procedures to non-technical staff are essential to this position. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-3 years Mac OS X and PC hardware/software support and the drive to create exceptional customer support experiences is required.
The minimum salary for this positions is 41K, commensurate with relevant experience and includes an extensive benefit plan.
