Our portfolio spans business services and communications, cybersecurity and data privacy, data and PIMS, teaching and learning with technology, infrastructure and operations, and tech support and training.
Charlie Reisinger — Chief Information Officer
Charlie provides strategic leadership and governance for both instructional and operational technology services. His book, The Open Schoolhouse, chronicles Penn Manor’s internationally recognized open source laptop learning initiative and unique student IT apprenticeship program. Charlie is a frequent speaker on AI, cybersecurity, and school technology leadership. As an adjunct at Millersville University, he teaches courses in Cybersecurity as well as IT Security, Privacy, and Ethics.
