The Tech Team is now at full capacity. A big welcome goes out to Ryan Davisson, our new High School Tech Analyst. Ryan joins my team from Red Lion School District, where he served as a district technology technician. Ryan’s home base is the High School tech office and he will be the primary service tech for all computer related issues throughout the building.
A reminder that all tech support requests should begin with a ticket at the support site: http://support.pennmanor.net. Priority one emergencies may be called into the help line at extension 1776. We do however prefer the all requests are directed to the support site whenever possible.
